UrtheDaily has 9 spectral bands that are matched to the Sentinel-2 VNIR bands. The orbit matches the Sentinel-2 orbit and there is continuous and automated cross-calibration for all bands to maintain extremely high radiometric and geometric accuracy.

Long lifetime (>10 years) to ensure a continuous and consistent supply of highly calibrated data with a fixed radiometric baseline (i.e., data from day 1 can be compared with data from year 10 with confidence)
High data volume downlink (1.6 Gbps) and network of ground stations ensures low latency for the processed data following image acquisition
